Company Principals

 

Bryan Hollingsworth, RN, Owner / Managing Member

Bryan Hollingsworth has over 14 years of Occupational Medicine experience. Bryan is from SWLA and he served in the Infantry in the Louisiana National Guard. He has also worked in both offshore and industrial settings as a young adult which has become an invaluable experience for his current position. He began his medical career as a Medical Technician working at Business Health Partners in 2001 while attending Nursing school. There he became proficient in performing many Occupational Medicine tasks including drug and alcohol collections, Audiometry, Spirometry, and fit testing. Upon graduation, he continued his career with BHP as a Registered Nurse and was immersed in Occupational injury treatment and conservative treatment protocols. Bryan also worked as the nationwide on-call nurse for large clients such as Schlumberger International, MI Swaco, and Cameron Wellhead services. He was soon promoted to Clinical Manager at BHP where he helped them grow their onsite presence and clinical services. In his time as Clinical Manager BHP has doubled in employee size and revenue.

In 2010 he was given the opportunity for ownership in BHP and is currently the Managing Member. He has served as the Project Manager for countless onsite projects and clinics during his time at BHP. He was instrumental in the successful development and execution of our ongoing projects with Sasol Chemical (USA), Westlake Chemical, and Isle of Capri casino. In addition to these long term projects, he has successfully managed many large, short term onsite projects all along the gulf coast and in a vast number of industrial settings. His background in industry, leadership, and communication skills have allowed him to consistently exceed the expectations of his clients. He is currently working to anticipate the needs of our local, growing industry to ensure that Business Health Partners is positioned to meet those needs in a cost-effective, efficient manner.

 

Stacy Byrd, Owner / Managing Member

Stacy Byrd began is health and safety career over 24 years ago in Southwest Louisiana. During this time Stacy has worked both in the Lake Area and traveled the country to work on various health and safety projects and clinical startups. Stacy started work at Business Health Partners over 9 years ago as a certified trainer and operations manager. As an NCCER Master Trainer and TEEX - OSHA Outreach Trainer specializing in TapRoot and Root Cause Investigations, Stacy works with local contractors and industrial facilities to assist with accident prevention and advanced safety training.

When not providing training services or managing day to day activities at BHP, Stacy and his wife Brandi stay busy working on home improvement projects and visiting with their grown children.

 

Medical Providers

Phillip Conner, MD, Supervising Physician

Phillip Conner, MD has been practicing medicine for almost 20 years and is one of the most respected physicians in our area. Phillip is from Lake Charles and went to medical school at Louisiana State University. He served as Chief Resident of the LSU Family Medicine Program at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital from 2000-2001 and was a partner in the Lake Charles Medical and Surgical Clinic from 2002-2008. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine and is currently working on becoming board certified in Occupational Medicine. He has served as the Supervising Physician at Business Health Partners for two years and has rapidly become an important mentor for our providers. He holds a DOT exam national registry certificate, is CAOHC certified for Audiometry review, and is a certified Medical Review Officer for both DOT and Non-Dot drug screens. He is the Medical Manager for all BHP projects and works with each company to resolve issues as they arise. On a day to day basis he oversees the treatment protocols at our clinic and works closely with HR and HSE managers. He gives guidance on OSHA medical surveillance protocols, work-relatedness of injuries, and reviews audiograms to help determine causation. Dr. Conner’s broad medical experience and laid back personality make him a perfect fit for Occupational Medicine.
